A hyper-realistic ruby portray by Toronto-based jewelry designer and artist Reena Ahluwalia has discovered a brand new dwelling within the title of a great trigger.  

Yuki Horiuchi, CEO of Japan’s Ambrose and Firm, Ltd., has been randomly chosen because the recipient of Ahluwalia’s ‘Hearth Underneath Ice’ portray.

Valued at $10,000, the custom-made, hand-painted canvas was donated by the artist to Greenland Ruby in celebration of the mining group’s five-year anniversary. Proceeds from the marketing campaign supported the PinkPolarBear Basis, a Greenland Ruby initiative centered on supporting worldwide polar analysis in all disciplines and defending inhabitants of Greenland affected by local weather change.

Launched in Might, the ‘phygital’ fundraiser represented a first-of-its-kind throughout the gem and jewelry world. Solely 500 raffle tickets had been obtainable for buy, and every donor obtained a limited-edition animated NFT of Ahluwalia’s portray.
