Don joined the U.S. Air Drive in 1950 and spent 23 years on lively responsibility. Collectively He and Bunny traveled all around the Far East, Alaska, Hawaii and Europe as a navy household.
Don is survived by his loving spouse and daughter, Karen.

Surviving Don are his spouse since March 15, 1953, Catherine “Bunny” Worth Holdren; daughter, Karen Louise Holdren; brother, Dr. Rev. W. Ray Holdren, of Lexington, KY; sister, Margaret Ouinto of Florida , sisters-in-law, Patricia Worth and Betty Worth Brown each of Winchester, VA; sister-in-law, Jean Holdren, of Charlottesville, VA ; sister-in-law, Carol Holdren, of Florida; many shut mates from the CHS class of 1950 and plenty of loving nephews and nieces.
Buddies will probably be acquired 1 to 2 p.m. Monday on the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Dwelling, 310 S. Fairfax Blvd., Ranson, WV
There will probably be a Full Army Honors Funeral.
Graveside Service will probably be at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2022 on the Edge Hill Cemetery, 604 Hunter St., Charles City, WV.
