The International Gemological Institute, IGI, shifted to a bigger and better facility in Jaipur on April 21, 2021. Navrattan Kothari, Chairman, KGK Group and Arun Kumar Kothari, Managing Director, Achal Jewels were the chief guests of honour at the inaugural event.
The new space is designed to elevate the certification process to a faster and more efficient level. With state of the art equipment and international standard processes, IGI will be extending its services to jewellers in and across Jaipur. Pioneers in the field of jewellery certification, IGI’s advanced machines and expertise are capable of safeguarding the interests of both manufacturers and end consumers. The laboratory is equipped to grade loose stones, diamond and coloured jewellery as well as traditional jewellery for its clientele. Education in gemmology is crucial to beginning a career in this field and IGI’s educational wing- IGI School of Gemology will be conducting a plethora of courses for students and members of the industry in grading and jewellery designing.
